When undertaking a funeral remotely for a loved one in Jamaica from across the world, knowing where to start and who to trust can be daunting. 360 Concepts removedthe stress out of that.
From the very first interaction, a high level of professionalism was evident. 360 Concepts recommended a site visit to assess the current technical capabilities of the church, and even sourced a condolence book at the request of my family; no request was too much for them.
Outstanding from start to finish. 360 Concepts made a difficult time so beautifully captured at both services.
The funeral was undertaken, for a pillar of the community, a Pastor (my Grandmother), whilst strong Covid restrictions remaining place across Jamaica, meaning there was an increased pressure on the technical set up, leaving no room for error. 360 Concepts are the ultimate perfectionist and mitigated any airs for concern we may have had.
We needed streaming for one service, for the second service (the actual funeral)we required streaming, pre-recorded and live videos tributes, these were managed professionally via Zoom. The coordination was seamless and aired in real-time simultaneously across Zoom and YouTube.
When one of our suppliers let us down with the funeral programmes with 4 days to go, 360 Concepts turned the design and editing of the programmes around in 48 hours and sourced a printing company to work out of hours in order to accommodate us. Once again taking all the stress away from us.
We also requested the entire Church to be decorated to be fit for a Pastor, and once again, the 360 Concepts team undertook a site visit. We had a conference call with the styling team to discuss our vision, and what could be achieved. Their attention to detail was second to none; and were the eyes and ears on the ground for us. Anything that did not match our chosen theme, they took videos of, and suggested changes for our approval.
360 Concepts worked all hours to achieve perfection, and the results were breath taking. They even ensured the flowers (sourced separately) were arranged as we had requested, and the “Life Tribute” as well as the running order of the day was printed.
All in all, 360 Concepts’ team undertook;
· Site visits to the Church
· Designing and printing of the Order of Service for the Remembrance Service along with funeral programmes
· Sound and lighting checks for virtual participants
· Set up of Zoom and YouTube live streaming links
· Sourcing TV screens for use in the Church during the funeral service
· All the technical set up, both in the Church and at the graveside
· Video photo collage streamed whilst enroute to internment
· DVD’s and on-demand capabilities to watch the funeral service
· Sourcing red carpet, white chair covers and tie backs, draping for the rostrum, podium, bespoke draping for doors, tablecloths, pillars, and fresh orchids.
They made us feel as though we were their only client, even though they simultaneously worked on other projects with other clients. At the time when you are under a lot of stress, dealing with the 360 Concepts team puts you at ease, and you can guarantee that what you asked for will be fulfilled.
